Your Next Steps to becoming Hilton Alert Konexus Compliant
STEP 1: Check the below table to ensure you have AT LEAST 3 current and relevant Team Members selected
Upto 7 Team Members are listed below, we are aware your hotel may have more.
Do ALL above contacts have Crisis Management ticked in IDM?
Have ALL above contacts logged onto Konexus app in the past 3 months?
STEP 2: Check at least 3 of the above Team Members have crisis management ticked in IDM.
If you lack three Team Members above, please add the required number of Team Members and ensure they have Crisis Management ticked in IDM
STEP 3: Ensure all Team Members either re-download and or log onto the Konexus app every three months. If you are shown to be logged out of the app, you will not be compliant.
Once you have completed the above steps, set a monthly reminder for your team to log into the Hilton Alert Konexus app.
